Fitness 01/06/23

Kia Ora Over the last few days we have been doing fitness every morning.the first day we did fitness we ran across the court to get fit.the exercises we do now are push ups,sit ups, burpee’s,star jumps and planks. We do each exercises for one minute but for planks if we stop in the middle of the minute then we say done then Matua Travis will give us our time. The reason that were doing this is because we are trying to get fitter for winter sport.

I thought it was pretty cool but i did not like doing planks. My favorite exercises were sit ups because i did 21 sit up’s for 21 day and now sit ups are so fun and so easy

Thank you for reading my blog

How to make a Smoothie

Kia ora, ko Amaia tenei

In Te Reo Matatini,  we have been learning about adverbs. Bossy verbs and time connectors. We have  also been learning  how to make things. I chose to tell people how to make a smoothie.  First we made a draft copy in our Te Reo Matatini books. Then we made a poster about our how to. Finally we made this blog of our mahi.

Here is a pikitia of my mahi.
